Students hurt in Waldorf school bus crash

CHARLES COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — A few students were hurt in a school bus crash that happened in Waldorf on Thursday afternoon.

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) told DC News Now that at about 4:30 p.m., a vehicle ran a stop sign and hit a bus in the Pinefield neighborhood.

Two or three students were taken to the hospital as a precaution but did not appear to have life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car that hit the bus was also taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
