Three newcomer candidates won election to the Manassas City School Board Tuesday, and Chair Suzanne Seaberg claimed reelection.
Around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday night, Seaberg won 14.52% of the vote, leading the pack of eight candidates with 6,871 votes, according to unofficial election results.
