Two men were injured in a Sunday night shooting outside a restaurant on Liberia Avenue in Manassas.
Detectives believe an altercation at the bar spilled into the parking lot in the 9000 block of Liberia Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Once outside, a gunman shot both victims, city police said in a Facebook post.
