NEWARK, N.J. — A Bergen County man was sentenced to 72 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute heroin, Acting U.S. Attorney Vikas Khanna announced Wednesday.
Dawan A. Brown, 37, of Cliffside Park, pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin. U.S. District Judge Brian R. Martinotti imposed the sentence in Newark federal court.
