STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A man and woman from Virginia were caught with a gun inside their car in Rosebank, authorities allege.
Brandon Parker, 32, and Akira Jones, 22, of Thomas Circle in Portsmouth, were arrested after police responded on Jan. 1 around 12:30 p.m. in the vicinity of Church Lane and Bay Street.
Parker was driving a red, 2006 Ford Fusion and Jones was sitting in the front passenger seat, according to the criminal complaint…
