Leesburg, Virginia — Shawn C. Adito Adams, a 34-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York, was extradited to Loudoun County on January 14, 2025, to face multiple criminal charges, including grand larceny and assault on a law enforcement officer.
Adams, who had been held in Connecticut on unrelated charges, was transported to Virginia after being implicated in two retail theft incidents in Leesburg in 2024.
