ELLABELL – In a matter of a few months, trained workers for Hyundai’s massive metaplant will be making their way across the street for new jobs making electric cars.
Georgia’s QuickStart program, which is building an on-site training center, held a topping off ceremony for its Hyundai Mobility Training Center on Thursday morning, signifying a milestone in the nearly 90,000 square foot facility’s construction.
And right across the street is the sprawling Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America, where the automaker intends to employ more than 8,000 people once it is up to full capacity…
