Speakeasys are my favorite. They are so unique and so well put together. I absolutely love the idea of a secret code or a hidden door and just overall how they are decorated. Each speakeasy I’ve been to is so unique in its own way and it makes for such a great experience.
I know Connecticut isn’t home to many speakeasy bars, but I feel like they are going to start popping up more and more. Just recently, Wallingford had a new one pop up, so I of course had to go and see for myself what it was like. Here’s a look at what I got to see:
