NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WFSB) – Animal advocates are furious tonight as police investigate a small dog dragged down a New Haven street.
Caught on camera, the video shows a small dog tied to a car door handle running for its life as it is dragged two and a half blocks and nearly hit by a driver in the other lane.
