STARKS, La. ( KLFY ) — A man was cited by Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents for allegedly dumping several dead animals off a bridge in Calcasieu Parish Nov. 6, authorities said.
Agents cited Ronald Owens, 62, of Dequincy, for failing to tag deer, failing to validate deer harvest, failing to comply with harvest card requirements and gross littering.
