A Mississippi man has been arrested for a “potential murder-for-hire” in Louisiana.
Johnnie Hicks, 25, of Vicksburg, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, solicitation for murder, criminal conspiracy, aggravated burglary, obstruction of justice, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Iberville Parish.
Hicks’ DNA was found at a Maringouin, Louisiana, crime scene where Herman Harris, 65, was found deceased from a gunshot wound on Aug. 27…
