LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) – The 20-year-old man killed at a Lake Charles apartment Tuesday night has been identified.
When Lake Charles Police arrived, officers found Nyheim Papillion, 20, of Lake Charles, lying on the ground with multiple injuries outside the Park at Winterhalter, formerly known as Sunlight Manor.
