CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Paula Badosa, a 2024 US Open quarterfinalist and former World No. 2 player, is set to return to the Credit One Charleston Open for the fifth consecutive year.
The 26-year-old Spaniard, currently ranked World No. 14, has made a remarkable comeback after a season-ending injury in 2023, having risen from World No. 100 in May.
Badosa will join World No. 4 Jessica Pegula and World No. 8 Emma Navarro at the tournament, which runs from March 29 to April 6 at Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island.
