ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCSC) – The Isle of Palms Police Department says it has arrested three people, one of whom was 15, following a traffic stop involving a stolen car.
Sergeant Matthew Storen says police responded just after 1 a.m. Wednesday to the area of the Isle of Palms Connector and Palm Boulevard for reports of a stolen vehicle.
