CAIRO, Ga. (WALB) – The Cairo Police Department has now arrested and charged 2 men for murders that took place in July.
William Phillip Mosely, 40, and Willie Cooper, 38, both of Attapulgus, Ga. have been arrested and are each facing 2 counts of malice murder.
