Mom finds messages on child’s phone that led to 3 arrests

STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A mother’s fear about the messages she found on her child’s phone has already led to the arrest of three people and investigators are still trying to determine if there are any other culprits – or possible victims.

A Fort Pierce man, Robert Green, was taken into custody first. The 51-year-old man’s arrest in Stuart, on October 3 happened less than a month after the mom reached out to the Stuart Police Department (SPD). He has since been convicted of giving tobacco products, including a vape device and other items, to the child.

The following month a Palm Beach Gardens man who was identified as Phoenix Monserrate found himself behind bars. Then, on Wednesday, a Tampa firefighter named Austin Lanyon was tracked down with the help of the Tampa Police Department and U.S. Marshals…
