Largo Police have arrested 38-year-old Cyrus Jenkins of St. Petersburg for a stabbing death in Largo.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, near 7th Street NW and 11th Avenue.
Officers arrived on the scene and located a victim suffering a stab wound. Paramedics arrived and performed CPR while transporting her to HCA Florida Largo Hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
Largo Police Officers and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office deputies attempted to track the suspect from the crime scene. Despite a lengthy search utilizing a helicopter and K-9, they were unsuccessful.
