Carlsbad’s troubled Windsor Pointe 50-apartment affordable housing project could have a new management company by November, the developer said Tuesday.
At the city’s request, Affirmed Housing has given notice to the current contractor, CONAM, and is negotiating with another one, Solari Enterprises, still to be approved by all the agencies involved.
