Man sentenced for dealing 10K fentanyl pills, 7 pounds of meth in Phoenix area

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man has learned his fate for selling thousands of fentanyl pills and over seven pounds of meth across the Phoenix area this year.

On Wednesday, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced that Eduardo Cruz was sentenced to five years in prison followed by three years probation supervision for dealing drugs across the Valley.

In addition to the prison time, Cruz was ordered to pay $4,500 to the State Anti-Racketeering Revolving Fund, $10,000 in investigation costs to the Department of Public Safety, and to give up the guns that are involved in this case…
