Described as one of the largest methamphetamine dealers in Clay County history, a Brazil man was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections on the charge of bringing 10 pounds of meth weekly into the community.
Clay County Prosecutor Emily Clarke explained during the sentencing in Clay Circuit Court Monday morning that investigators determined David L. Smith Jr., 31, was bringing “10 pounds of methamphetamine into the community every week from Indianapolis.”
