Man arrested in Nebraska for deadly Texas nightclub shooting

GOEHNER, Neb. (KOLN) – A man wanted in a deadly nightclub shooting in Texas was arrested Saturday during a traffic stop in Seward County.

Luigin Alberto Perez-Millan, 28, is accused of fatally shooting 22-year-old Janderver Urbina-Betancourt outside a nightclub in Arlington, Texas, on Nov. 17. Authorities say the two had no known connection.

Investigators believe Urbina-Betancourt was arguing with another person in the parking lot when Perez-Millan began firing, striking Urbina-Betancourt and narrowly missing the other person. Witnesses and evidence helped identify Perez-Millan as the shooter…
