AURORA, Colo. — Thursday marks one year since a man was fatally shot while driving away from an Aurora apartment complex and police still have no viable leads.
Around 8:20 pm. on Jan. 23, 2024, Aurora police patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting at the Robinwood Condos, 18001 E. Kentucky Ave.
When officers arrived, they located 36-year-old Blas Nieto with an apparent gunshot wound. Officers provided lifesaving actions until medical responders arrived at the scene and rushed the victim to a local hospital, where he died…
