COHOES, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — KC’s Pub and Grill at the Van Schaick Island Country Club in Cohoes has permanently closed its doors. The restaurant’s owners, Brian and Kristy, made the announcement in a Facebook post on Monday.

“We would like to extend our gratitude to the members for a memorable summer and wish you a relaxing winter before teeing off, once again,” the post said.
The restaurant opened in June 2024. The facility was formerly occupied by the restaurant Durrant’s at Van Schaick, which closed in December 2023 due to the strain of seasonal business.

The upscale eatery Max410 had also previously made a home in the space. The restaurant relocated in November 2022.
