VOORHEESVILLE, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Anthony’s by Romos Pizza has opened in the former Smith’s Tavern space in Voorheesville. The pizzeria celebrated its soft opening on Saturday, January 11.

Anthony’s by Romos Pizza is owned by Anthony Berghela, who also owns Romo’s Pizza in Glenmont. Berghela previously told NEWS10 that they needed to gut the entire building and renovations started in April 2023.
Anthony’s is a spin-off of Romo’s, so the menu includes some originals and some new twists on favorites. The restaurant is currently only open for dine-in, but will eventually open for takeout through Mealeo.

The Anthony’s menu includes grandma, gluten-friendly, and traditional round New Haven-style pizza options, as well as calzones, wings, Italian dinners, burgers, sales, and more. You can view the full menu on the Anthony’s Facebook page .
The restaurant is located at 112 Maple Avenue in Voorheesville. Anthony’s by Romos Pizza is open Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon to 9 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m…
