TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Parents of Murdered Children Southern Arizona Chapter came together Saturday, September 21 to commemorate the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims a couple of days early.
“We mourn, and we spend much time thinking about our loved ones, who are no longer with us,” said Chaplain Joe, from the International Fellowship of Chaplains.
Tragedy and grief, whether it be months or years old, still follows so many of the families that attended the commemoration Saturday — but the event gives them a space to be there for one another, and continue their loved ones’ legacies…
