VISALIA, California ( MyCaliforniaNews ) — A targeted operation by the Visalia Police Department resulted in the arrest of eight individuals and the seizure of four firearms. The operation, conducted by multiple units within the department, included compliance checks at 29 locations across the city.Eighteen-year-old David Casarez was charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale, being a felon in possession of a firearm, transportation of marijuana, maintaining a place for drug activity, and conspiracy.
