BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Visalia Police Department is looking for a missing 72-year-old man with dementia, who was last seen in Delano Wednesday night.
Visalia police officers said 72-year-old Manuel Ignacio Mendoza left his home in Visalia Wednesday evening, at around 5 p.m. in a 2003 tan Mercury four-door car.
Mendoza is described as 5’7” tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair.
He was last seen wearing a black sweater, gray pants, and a black hat.
Police said the most recent sighting of him was in Delano at 9:07 p.m. last night…
