TWIN FALLS — A man wanted on drug charges was apprehended Thursday morning after a short foot pursuit in downtown Twin Falls.
Gilbert Dominguez, 44, of Twin Falls tried to flee members of the Special Investigations Unit composed of members from the Twin Falls Police Department and Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, at about 9 a.m. but was taken into custody in the 200 block of Main Avenue West after a chase of less than a block, said Sgt. Kevin Loosli.
Dominguez — who had two warrants for drug-related charges, one of them from Bonneville County — tried to discard drugs in his possession during the chase, Loosli said…
