East Texas (KLTV/KTRE) – Good morning, East Texas! It is a cold start to our Saturday morning with temperatures in the upper 20s along with a few patches of freezing fog. There may be a few slick spots on the roadways where residual moisture may have frozen overnight, but these spots should melt off this afternoon with the help of sunshine and a warmup into the 50s today. Our next cold front moves through tomorrow, bringing a slight chance for a few showers, though most of us will stay dry. Tomorrow’s cold front won’t bring much of a cool down, with temperatures dropping just a few degrees heading into Monday. The weather remains quiet for most of the week with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 50s. Our next chance for rain looks to arrive at the end of the week……
