A tragic family dispute in Moreno Valley has led to the loss of a life and the arrest of a relative, with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department announcing the grim details on Friday.
The deputies responded to a call at 11:28 a.m. last Thursday, at a mobile home park on Perris Boulevard after an assault was reported.
