COVINA – A head-on collision between a semi-tractor and a Toyota Corolla left a woman dead Thursday in Covina.
Officers from the California Highway Patrol were called at 1:58 a.m. to North Lark Ellen Avenue and East Cypress Street where they found the victim, according to CHP Officer Sean Lough.
