The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is continuing to investigate an attempted armed robbery that occurred on September 14, 2024, in Wheaton, where two female suspects assaulted a victim in a Safeway parking garage.
According to MCPD, “Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section continue to investigate an attempted strong-arm robbery that occurred on Saturday, September 14, 2024, in the 11200 block of Georgia Avenue in Wheaton. Detectives have released additional surveillance photos of the suspects and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.
