Utica, NY – Thursday, Utica police responded to a weapon possession and menacing incident on the 1000 block of Miller Street around 10:30 AM.
A bicycle delivery driver reported a confrontation with a man on a porch. During their exchange, the suspect picked up and threw a stick at the delivery driver.
