Chef/owner Victor Ramirez comes out of his restaurant’s kitchen carrying a giant bowl of colorful squashes. They’re fresh off a local farm and Ramirez is happy to showcase them.
Ramirez’s restaurant, Madison Bistro in Wampsville, earned top honors from the New York State Beef Council in 2019 for its New York Strip Steak with Bourbon Bacon and Maple Butter and third place for its Barbecue Brisket Burger.
In 2023, Madison Bistro was featured on “America’s Best Restaurants,” an online show that spotlights the tastiest restaurants in the country. A crew came to film at the restaurant and Bistro’s customers showed up in full force to give their support.
