Fresh tracks in the snow was the key to helping put a wanted Georgia fugitive behind bars.
On Sunday, at 8 a.m., deputies in Hamilton County, Tenn. received an anonymous tip about fugitive Brandon Frady at a home near the 2600 block of Banks Road.
