Gary man charged with rape
A Gary man is charged with raping a woman on April 12 while she waited to get her kids from the bus stop in Merrillville.
Howard Lewis, 33, was charged Thursday with one count of rape.
He is not in custody, ordered held on a $5,000 cash bond…
