LANSING, Ill. (December 17, 2024) – A lengthy agenda for the last village board meeting of 2024 included the approval of a number of special use permits that clear the way for new businesses.
At its meeting on Dec. 17, the board approved allowances for indoor recreation and amusement at 17365 Torrence Ave. so a Sky Zone trampoline park can take over the space formerly held by LA Fitness, and prior to that, Dominick’s grocery store.
Permits for heavy retail and service and outdoor storage were also approved for Yellowstone Landscaping so it can conduct its operations at 3125 Glenwood Lansing Road…
