VENICE — A 124-room extended-stay hotel in North Venice got the green light from the Planning Commission Tuesday.
It approved a site-and-development plan for a four-story hotel on 2 acres at 305 and 309 Serrano Way, across Laurel Road from the future Northeast Venice Park.
