Fillmore’s city manager is leaving for the same position in Santa Maria after more than 11 years with the city.
David Rowlands said his last day with Fillmore will be Nov. 29. He will start in the Santa Barbara County city of more than 110,000 residents on Dec. 2, he said.
“Fillmore has been absolutely wonderful,” he said. “The employees have been great. The residents have been great over the years. I can’t say nothing but positive things.”…
