VERO BEACH − Police arrested a man accused of carrying out a robbery at a beachside restaurant Aug. 18 during which an employee was tied and held at gunpoint in an office for 15 minutes after midnight.
The armed robbery of Mulligan’s Beach House was planned in advanced and likely involved a restaurant employee, the robbery suspect and another person responsible for travel to and from the area, said Vero Beach police officials Friday.
