Could moving labor and delivery services out of Martin County risk lives?

MARTIN COUNTY — Moving labor and delivery services out of Cleveland Clinic Martin North hospital in Stuart to Tradition hospital in Port St. Lucie could have detrimental consequences, according to one local agency.

Cleveland Clinic in December decided to move its labor and delivery services at Martin North to Tradition starting April 1, citing a nationwide shortage of OB/GYN practitioners.
