Florida runners fill leaderboards of Palm Beaches Marathon

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla (CBS12) — A diverse group of winners took top times on the soggy streets Sunday with an army officer, a woman on a work trip, and many Floridians taking top spots.

Army Infantry Officer Nathaniel Carter took eight years off from running when he joined the ranks. He took home first place at the Garden of Life Palm Beaches Marathon on Sunday.
