LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – A Freeze Watch will be in effect for parts of South Texas, including Webb, Bee, Goliad, Victoria, La Salle, McMullen, and Live Oak counties. The National Weather Service says the alert will last from late Tuesday night (3 a.m.) through Wednesday morning (11 a.m.).
