The Lac St. Louis Warriors doubled-up on the Outaouais Intrépide in Ligue de Hockey d’Excellence du Québec (LHEQ) play Saturday afternoon at the Pierrefonds Sportsplex. The Warriors rallied from a 2-0 deficit thanks to six straight goals to take control of the game. Two goal performances by Dariane Lagarde and Eloise Choinard helped to pace the Lac Pack’s victory. Joëlle Hollins potted a pair for the Intrépide in the loss.
The visitors built a 2-0 lead early into the second stanza. Abigaël Morrissette opened the scoring in the game at the 4:17 mark of the opening period. That was the lone tally of the first period then just past the three-minute mark of the second, Hollins notched her first of the day to make it a 2-0 contest.
Following that marker it was all Warriors for the next six goals. Lagarde got the Warriors on the board with her first of the game goal. Chloe Fudem was good for the equalizer with an unassisted effort and Lagarde’s second of the game put the home team ahead 3-2…
