When it comes to Matthew McConaughey, I think we can all agree that he’s basically Texas royalty!
The man is a Texas legend, and apparently a big foodie as well- so much so, that McConaughey has shared the one Texas comfort food that he could “easily shovel down” an entire plate of!
In a past episode of “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” McConaughey joined Flavortown mayor Guy Fieri in Georgetown, Texas to visit the Monument Cafe where he was able to sample their famous Tex-Mex casserole complete with layers of tortillas, chicken, cheese, and a creamy sauce made from soups, vegetables, and spices.
