City seeks input on 5-year community development plan and needs your input!
The City of Victoria receives funding through the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for projects and services that benefit low- to moderate-income residents. This year, Development Services will adopt a new five-year Consolidated Plan for the CDBG program.
Unlike the Annual Action Plan, which details specific projects and programs that will be completed in the next year, the Consolidated Plan outlines long-term spending priorities based on residents’ and stakeholders’ overall goals and preferences for the program.

Development Services will host come-and-go meetings on the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan in the Victoria Public Library’s Bronte Room (Meeting Room B) on April 3, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
During this time, residents will be able to meet with CDBG staff and learn more about the plan and the CDBG program. Residents will be able to provide feedback and fill out a survey rating their priorities for the program…
