December 19, 2024 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, MET was patrolling in the area of Mount Vernon Avenue and 16th Street when they recognized a wanted person.
As the Officers approached the suspect, he began to flee on foot. He ran behind a motel, but after a thorough search and further investigation, he was located barricaded inside a bathroom. He was taken into custody, and officers also recovered a loaded rifle under a mattress. He was arrested on felony charges.
