Edward Harold (Neumiller) Harp, 96, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024, in Acworth, Georgia.
He was born on Nov. 1, 1927, to August and Ann (Hanson) Harp in Appleton, Wisconsin.
At the time of his passing, he was living in Acworth where he moved in March to be closer to family.
Ed and his mother moved to Mobridge around 1929. He grew up there and graduated from Mobridge High School.
After graduation, he joined the Navy and served in the Pacific from 1945 to 1947.
Following his military service, Ed returned to Mobridge where he met his wife, Sally Wacker. They were married for 68 years.
