Thomas Clay Pendley, 32, of Marietta, is accused of having an altercation with a family member on Nov. 19 at 12:40 p.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Pendley struck the victim all over his body with a closed fist. He also struck the victim on the back of the head with a coffee maker and struck the victim with a wooden chair, a flat screen television and a breathing machine, according to the warrant.
Pendley is charged with battery – family violence; four counts of aggravated assault article; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested on Nov. 19 at 1 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
