Sen. Andy Kim (D-N.J.), who famously cleaned up trash after the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, said he is concerned that it is being “papered over.”
Kim joined CNN’s Dana Bash Sunday for “State of the Union” where he reflected on that day as it nears the four-year anniversary.
“I mean, we saw with our own eyes, those of us that were in Congress, the American people saw, people all over the world saw, and the idea that it’s being papered over and that people that attacked the Capitol rioted, that they’re being talked as liberators, as prisoners now that are being unfairly treated,” Kim said, highlighted by Mediaite…
